I'm looking to get my cup valeted/detailed in the next week or so, what I want to know is a ball park price and has anyone got any recommendations who to use?

If you where to build a fresh f4r from scratch with a sensible budget would you always start with a ph1 head or can the same results be had from a ph2 with headwork and is that the only performance difference?
My 172 cup is currently in the middle of a low pressureturbo conversion consisting of a gt28rs running via a gen90 amongst otherthings, however I have been wondering if there is anything else that would be “worthwhile”doing along with the conversion before it goes for mapping
