Never, ever, ever, ever, ever....ever again.
It requires constant cleaning in the Summer to look good, and itll never look good in Spring, Autumn or Winter months. Even in the Summer months the dust easily shows up.
Youll get to the stage where you wont even want want to use the window washers...
Sold mine to clear all my debts before i took out a mortgage. I have now got a TDi leon.
Do i miss the 182? Yes and no.
The Leon is built far better than the 182, the panels dont flex when you polish them, the fuel economy and interior is far better.
But i miss the poke of the 182 and the...
Having both had a Silver 172 and a Black 182, I would say Silver.
Black is just too much hassle. Nothing looks better than a black car when its polished, but then again, nothing looks worse than a black car when its dirty.
Black is just a pain in the arse to keep clean. You may enjoy...
Do the named people on the policy have to live at the same address?
Im sure i was told this, so you cant put your Aunt Nellie who lives in the back end of bumblefcuk on the policy just to reduce the cost.
I always increase my excess and take off extra crap like guaranteed hire cars to reduce...
Shame black clios only look that good for 30 seconds after youve finished cleaning them.
One thing i dont miss since selling my black 182, was the contant cleaning it required to look good.
Anyway, back to the point in hand, photos of my ex 182...
This week ive sold my 182 :(
Im in the process of buying a house with my girlfriend, and honestly couldnt afford to have thousands tied up, and depeciating, in the 182. It was a hard decision to sell, and for the first time in 3 years ill be clio-less.
Tomorrow i have the sad task to...
Sorry cambsclio, wasnt sure if you were flashing me or the white clio we passed by the roundabout. As i pulled in a did look for CS sticker, but never really got a good look at you. The zorst sounded deep as you drove past me :)

There is a Black 182 always parked in the Rutland Arms hotel carpark in Newmarket too.
I live in Burwell.
Seb182 and cambsclio, where abouts...
Thats me!
With the Burwell to Exning road being closed for re-surfacing, the Fordham road is really busy that time of day. Im usually driving that was home, so look out for me nex time :)

Not my cup of tea, hell, Ive just got around to putting silver visions in my 182 and that mod has taken me 8 months.....
But each to their own, enjoy your car when its all finished!

THey have used 10W40HAV in my 182. To quote the Maintenace book - For the Clio 2.0 16V Renault Sports engine and V6 engine and for the Megane 2.0 T Engine, use ACEA A3 5W40 Standard Oil
Now this means nothing to me, what does this mean?
Mine was serviced Monday, and cost me £185. Better check i got the correct oil....
I too got charged for Screenwash, although it needed topping up, so i cant really complain about that one. Dont think i got the luxory of apple screen wash though!
The worst extra i have been charged for, was...
Another Black/Golder signing in.
looks fantastic when clean, but impossible to keep clean this time of year. I might spend Good Friday giving her a right going over.
I have been hunting for ages for a 182 model car Without any luck.
My 182 was in the dealers for servicing today, and on the counter was a broucher advertising the Renault range in scale models.
There is a 2004 Clio RS in 1:43 scale for £18 (part number 77 11 227 751)
And the Megane Sports RS...
