I came across a thread a bit ago with a few pages in, all off people stating what settings they were using on the rsx :) Not sure where it is now mind..
Had those very same tyres on my old lifted Discovery, on modular steel wheels. It would climb the fookin walls! Wasn't a fan of the hummmmmmmmmm on the road though lol
I havent got one lol was just a suggestion :) I thought it was fairly simple to do, modify the mounts slightly and tap the holes for the ND0 box..or something along those lines
When you pull the handbrake on hard, it will stop the wheel. The odd thing is the lever on the seized caliper moves more than the one on the working caliper, and that stops the wheel solid with the handbrake.
Question regarding the handbrake and MOT - Isnt it that the handbrake has to hold...
His point is it would make it look more of a sleeper i guess. Would look like a bog standard kangoo from the outside then. Wolf in sheeps clothing ect ect
it does seem to come up quite high yeah? Adjusted the nut underneath this evening at least 4 threads and made little difference to where the lever is when on.
Had a read of all these posts and it seems I have this problem too..but if i turn lock to lock whilst stood there are some odd noises coming from the footwell. Some of it is the springs but i've noticed the steering wheel being off centre on a straight road, then another day its smack where its...
Hi all, this is on a 182, and both rear calipers brake fine off the footbrake, but the nearside one with the handbrake doesnt seem to be working much, at all.
Not delved into the brakes on a 182 as yet besides changing pads...
How do I go about sorting it? Cant be the piston or sliders as both...
Decided yesterday lunchtime to have a play with the konigsports ride height. 7pm came and went and I was still trying to f****** unseize the rear spring adjusters. Lots of heat, wd40, oil and swearing and they were free :)
Pirelli Pzero's.
Stood up to a trackday well and seem to be wearing quite well! Seem to give good grip in the wet and even better in the dry. They are god awful in snow though as I found out on the weekend.
My washers ran out of washing fluid a few days ago, previous to this worked fine. Ive filled up the bottle yesterday with the correct dilution, and now the squirt is sort of a very fast intermittent? Like not a strong jet like before but a feeble fast sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh-sh and not much...
Just thrown a few figures into google maps, if you all left the meet point at say 12.15-12.30 you'd be up the black mountains at that point pictured by 1.15-1.30..could be doo-able! Only half an hour from Llanwrtyd which is a bonus for me. May see you up there after all haha
I may not be able to attend now, been invited to an 18th bday bash. Where on the Black Mountains are you heading for photos ect? (maybe a pinpoint location on a map or something? As might be able to go straight there for 1ish)
Can anyone throw together a quick tutorial on how to do it? I've had the tie rods loose for when the tracking was done, Spotted a knock on one of the inner track rods after Oulton
Took mine to the local renault dealer today, they said the catch was fine but he lubed it all up anyway, and they replaced the catch on the bonnet, no charge.
