Thanks Lee.. I got this changed about 6-7 months ago.

My engine also cuts out while driving.. could this be related to the sensor?

Do you think it could be dirty or a faulty sensor?

I'll give it a clean soon.. hopefully that will sort it

I just cleaned mine when it started playing up as they cheapo ebay one i bought was knackered from new lol

Cleaned the tdc sensor yesterday guys. Was fine this morning going to work.

Coming home was a different story /:

As I was driving along it wanted to cut out and there was a loss of power when trying to accelerate.

Any idea?

I wouldn't say that's the tdc sensor,I would go for the throttle body maybe take it off and give it a clean or u may have a dephaser issue or the valve that controls it,have u had it clip checked for faults?it would also show if your dephaser was working correctly.
