Direct is by far the best option - correct centre bore so no crappy spigots and were cheapest too. (and actually better lead time than DT)

£492 for 18 x 8j et53 in anthracite/black/silver

DT were £598 in a universal centre bore in a sale

FYI. I've just had a call back. They made a price error (AGAIN). They are not £285 delivered, that's the cost price apparently. It's around £330.
