New Car....Again...E46 M3

Was going to ask same question as Al.

Only complaint I have with th my autobox is change could be faster / more aggressive in sport. Wonder if the RS is different.

Get yourself to your nearest s/rs specialist and get a box map.

The s4 is s tronic rather than tiptronic isn't it? So it's dual clutch rather than auto?

Can you drive the car on the throttle and control speed with your left foot on the brake or does smg not let you do that?
Spose you could. Soon as any throttle input is applied it releases the clutch, so yeah spose you could rest on the accelerator and brake. Probably no good for the clutch though

I wouldn't do this too much if you like a dash without the cog of doom!

Also perfekt lighting on cutters does the best lights IMO.

Can't beat the csl wheels imo just get them. They are like the Turinis of the bmw world lol

I think I probably will. By the time I've bought a brand new set and then sold my current ones, it'll probably work out the same cost as refurbing the OEM wheels.

I quite like Hockenheims, they did suit Sapphire Cosworth's rather well back in the day.

For me on the E46 M3 the only alternative to a nice clean set of OEM 19's is CSL wheels. Scutch's looked epic with them on, even before he went full CSL spec with the bumper and boot etc.

are you going diamond cut again? please don't get them painted on the face.
They're not currently diamond cut, think they're powder coated at the minute but it's all flaking off.
Don't know what finish to go for tbh
