Stop and hand brake light

When driving these 2 lights stay on sometimes, other times they come on and off and other times they flicker.

Makes me think there’s a faulty switch somewhere, or what else could it be?

Any help is appreciated.

Being a Clio there will not be any electrode in the pads, but they could have worn enough for the fluid to be low or you may have a fluid leak.

Clean the contacts in the rear cluster. This is what it was for mine and most other clios since.

No pad wear gadgets on old clios, just good old fashioned corrosion!

fluid lever first and then handbrake switch. part of it can bend and stop the plunger moving when the handbrake is off.
