Hi, firstly I have searched. Will having the dephaser and belts done make my Clio even better than it already is? It's good now but can I expect more?

Only if they're currently timed wrong. They're a maintenance item, not a performance upgrade

Yea but that bits already been established, so i thought I'd mention something else.
Mind you plugs, leads, coilpack, etc etc are all worth a mention too.

On a relatively stock car the idle and general shouldn't be particularly rough.
