RB 182 fuel rail - missing regulator - factory standard?

  Clio Cup F1
Hi, I removed the fuel rail guard to get better access for an oil filter change and noticed what I assume was a fuel pressure regulator attachment is blank/missing. Is that standard or an aftermarket adaptation as it has an ITG air filter/feed in place of the OEM filter/feed setup.

Sorry to reassurect an old post, but i was wondering if I could drill out the the blank parts of the 182 fuel rail to fit a 3.5 bar regulator, and run a return line to the tank , whilst blanking the regulator in the tank or fitting an adjustable regulator wound to the max .

I've fitted a turbo kit to the old 182 but I'd like to have the fuel pressure regulated at the rail to compensate for boost pressure in the manifold .

I could buy a phase 1 rail but i feel in could save £150 by adapting the standard 182 rail .

You can, but you can join the forum as a member, access the for sale section and buy one with a regulator from there which is £50
