Yeah thanks, I’m set now on the 9070xt, need to save up and spend the extra on it, is there a certain one I should look out for . Not clued up on the names either nvidia and amd.

also I’m looking at having a duel monitor set up for my new system soon, need a new 2nd monitor . Is it simple to set up with the say 9070xt and 2 monitors? is the power from the gpu from 2 monitors minimal?

Go with the fastest one out of the box at the best price. They're all much of a muchness.

As @Cookie said, that sounds exactly like something hitting one of the fans.

Cheers lads, is this the CPU cooling fans I'm assuming? I would have thought if that were the case, it would be happening consistently, no?

I took them off for a dust up a few weeks back. No change.

The next time it happens I'll reposition them and see if that helps. Hard to see what's coming into contact with the fans though as they're in a concealed (ish) unit.

I'm in need of a new PSU , I'm leaning towards the Corsair RM750e , there's 2 versions i've been looking at the 2023 and the 2025 model, I've done a bit of research and there's mention about a noise coming from some, not sure if this is nothign to worry about or is there more to it?

Depends on the noise. Might just be coil whine.

Have a look at Fractal, Asus and Seasonic PSUs too. They're all pretty much as good as each other.

Make sure it's modular, makes cabling easier. And mesh sleeved cables are a bit nicer looking too.

Find reviews on fan noise if that's something that bothers you. But generally they're all quiet.

I finally placed an order today on the Ryzen 9700x of Amazon, it dropped in price @ £260. I’m hoping it’s genuine. Be big improvement going from a intel i5-6600

That’s quite the jump! I’ve still got my old 6700k sat around in a spare PC, can’t bring myself to get rid of it.

@Daz... Not sure what to do with the parts , keep them or destroy them or what? Been a great pc for the last 9 to 10 years now. Got a local company helping me build my new one which is good, still need some parts. Need to get software too Microsoft and Office

Windows and office will set you back about £40-50 for both,either through somewhere like G2A or sometimes on Groupon

Not at all mate. Turned based combat with quick time events, has a parry and a dodge system which is excellent. But it's all about the story, oh my. It's a plot that Christopher Nolan would be proud of and an OST that Hans Zimmer would approve (I'd go as far to say it's the best OST of all time in a video game, honestly).

The game has left me broken and I need something to fill the void!
