Knocking noise when turning

Over the last couple of months I have noticed that when I turn my car to the right on full lock or close to full lock with some speed I get a sort of clunking and knocking noise.
Does anybody have any Idea of what this could be? I dont do as much full-lock steering to the left but im pretty sure that when I do it doesnt do the same thing.

Had the CV joints done after last MOT so I take it either it wasnt done properly, at all or its the rack.

Oh damn yeah your right it was the boots, damn. Any idea how much this one would cost me?

you cant get the joints seperate. Its a new shaft. PM me your VIN no and i can get a rough price.

Thanks a lot, will PM some time tomorrow as its getting dark now and ive just got home.
So is this work that needs doing or is it more of a case of having to fix it because it becomes irritating hearing the knocking noise all the time? Im going to get it done as its annoying me allready but I was just wondering to see if I can save up for the parts rather than loaning money from my dad.
Also by the sounds of my problem do you think mine is at the worst it will get to or is this just the warning signs of things to come?

ive seen them explode and inbed them selves in the bodyshell.. so best get it done.
