3 years of G1MPO - picture fest!

Had my clio 3 years this month.
it broke down the 2nd day i had it and that set the trend for the next 3 years.

thort id show some b4 and now pics.

as new

colourcoded by me and some halfords paint tins

i think having to mend my clio made me less afraid of trying things with it.
even if they didnt turn out that good.

a colour far beyond red

its had its fair share of breakdowns.

wire shorting on gearbox causing limp mode all the time.

anti roll bar

brakes

holes

after 2 years i decided to change the look of the car abit.

-60mm and added some 172 alloys (yeh original i know)

this april it went round europe in 5 days.
france belguim holland germany and back again.

amsterdam

some ring place

and finally how it looks atm.

it was finished and im now in the process of running it into the ground. i bought the car with 30k on the clock and today it has just under 98k. its beginning to look battered with fall out from our chimneys at work eating the paint and a few too many dints for me to cope with.
i added mud flaps last night and they are rubbish. but im gonna see if they help keep it any cleaner.

i dont think ours could be any different now.
josh's is like a well kept 172 wannabe with blacked out windows, and he never goes over 35mph in it. where as im still pushing for 135mph, its always dirty and broken! lol

I NEED one of those ik's they used to be going on ebay for about £90(?) but I can't find any on there any more. That video sold it to me a long time ago.

Theres a line that has to be drawn...one can only detail and clean for so long before one must take whatever bus it maybe out for a down right kicking....as in half a tank of super in less than half an hour lol...

Simota Carbon thingy. Its alot of IK for £90 imo, just can't find them on ebay anymore and the only other place i've found wants £150 which I might as well buy a viper for.

thats the company i got mine off.

my ik is louder than my exhaust when i boot it. worth the money!

well i havent mensioned the 12 stick coils i have changed.
or that my jack collapsed with my car on it.
or that i spent about £1000 on parts and labour to look for a prblem i fixed my self.

but yeh. i like it still. i used to have a mini so this is reliable in comparrison!
