My cars' unwanted Christmas gift

My little car decided to give me a little present on the way down to my parents this Christmas, and like a jumper from your nan I cetainly didn't want it! Not sure of the replacement cost but I've just driven from rural Dorset to Bedfordshire with no back box and my ears hurt!

No need matey......at motorway speeds 70-85 its fine, but it can fairly sing when you gun it with a nice deep tone...

If you get it done at Renault it'll cost you just over £200 for JUST the box!

Looks like the box has been replaced before as there's a clamp holding the back box pipe on, they are usually one pipe from cat to back from the factory.

Always the way. My 309 GTi exhaust fell off downpipe back on New Years eve once meaning it was days before I could get it fixed! Just a tad loud.

his is a 172, wouldn't fit because of the spare wheel.

proper rotten that though lol, they always go in the same place, i've known them take rear bumpers with them at the same time too. so count yourself lucky.
