Ph1 172 De-cat

I have a 2001 Y reg 172 (Ph1) and I am buying a De-cat from a member of here. He has e-mailed me saying that his car has one sensor on the cat and one on the exhaust. I am aware there are different cats fitted to the Mk1's- anyone got any idea what mine will be? I would look at the car but its gone on holiday to Ktec til the weekend!

it will be the double one the decat will just replace it, bit off a ball ache to get on as you have to drop the sub frame

subframe for a decat?! nice one.

even if it has two lambda sensors just unplug the post-cat one anyway. you have to reach up under the cat's heat sheild...just follow the wire to a block connector.
