just moving some cables about in my pc and DDEeEeeewewwww. blank.

tried turning back on, the psu fan stil spins, the HDD still spins i think and the light on the powre button lights up but the screen doesnt come on

new motherboard job?

try checking your graphicscard is pushed in the slot correctly ive pulled my monitor cable out and pulled the graphics card out enough times

as olly said check your video card is seated or any other cards for that matter, make sure your memory sims are seated correctly and that all the ribbon cables from the drives are fully seated, cant see you have damaged motherboard. When you say "moving cables" do you mean unplugging and sorting out?. Anyway hope you sort it out m8.
