how do i make vista show details i want ?

Can anyone help me please.

i am trying to get vista to show me what i want in the music folder.

when i open the required folder and have the view set to details vista lovingly gives me the name, artist , album , # , genre and rating.
lovely .

but what i want to see is title not rating etc......

i know if i right click on the toolbars it will enable me to select title .
this is all very well but i would like to be able to do this to over 200 folders .
is there anyway into setting the folders to show what i want no what vista thinks i want to see.

please someone help

if you go into tools and folder options and click the "Apply to folders" button that may do the trick
