goin round a roundabout and this woman doesnt stop just plows over my car.
she drove a posh mondeo so obviously thout she was summat.

nah not tooo bad, purely aesthatic. naafs me off when ive just had the car serviced(yesterday - was first drive in it). and im trying to sell it.

bumper, grill, wing, is all by the looks of it.
o well, itll get me my airbag computer fixed!!

old broken seats are going back in when exploded about a year ago when i clipped a kerb n i wernt geting the airbag reset n new seat just got sum 172 seats in and covered up the lights. haha

Sorry to hear that, PMSL at the posh Mondeo comment, get it sorted out of the insurance scan the quote and move the decimal place before presenting her with it (I didn't just say that!).

Lol me neither but being a passenger with one does have its advantages, I bet you get let out of every junction, hottie in a RB 182 has got to be quicker than an ambulance with the sirens on!
 
well now we cant find her details from saga, it was a wierd numberplate, looked like oo03 start, which is creating all sorts of promlems, was it o003?

RIGHT, just had a letter through the post, shes trying to do me for compo!
she can f**k right off!
well for starters the level of damage to her car and mine would show that neither of us were going at any speed hardly.

also - it wasnt even my bloody fault.
when it gets sorted im gonna take a sump key to her car, the f**king wench.
 
Well I once had a crash involving another car and he tried doing me for compo too. Everyone does it unfortunately. He was a real toe-rag too! Anyway, fortunately the insurance companies decided the accident was his fault and it all went on his insurance, frikking idiot! lol Hope he got a small injuries claim and then paid for it twice over in insurance premiums! :)
 
yer, they need a way of only letting serios cases get it.

make my insurance go down as im nt a fan of fraud ppl, if i get pics of her out and about and show shes BS can i present that as evidence that shes fraudelently claiming?
 
oh, thats ok then, as long as the letter doesnt mean that its deamed my fault. and its still ongoing.
 
Do not reply to anything she or her insurance company sends you. Forward any correspondance to your insurance company and only listen to what they tell you.
 
yer, untill i got this letter my insuirance company wernt even involved, as i thought it was such a clear cut case. as if i do it through mine, i would have to pay £500, then claim it back, whereas if thru hers just done. and being a student £500 might as well be a million pounds, i cant afford either.

even the guy on the phone said, i cant really say, but you should be ok mate. (that was the 3rdparty claims line) so im gonna phone on monday, and see what they say, if theyre saying its a dispute, im gonna have to get mine involved.

She sounds like a right silly tart, but don't tar all of us with the same brush. Granted, alot of girls I see are an embarrasment to the human race when driving, but there is also a few of us out there who enjoy it and aren't to bad...and also, sometimes, manage to use the rear view mirror for something other then travel straightening hair or lippy (seeing girls do that with lippy REALLY pees me off!)

As said, don't reply personally. Make sure it goes through you insurance company, that way they will try and get the best results possible for you. If it's clear cut and she's in violation of basic road rules then I can't see you having to many problems tbh matey
 
WELL - phoned up today, said are u gonna fix my car,

phoned me backk 20 mins later, said a guy will be in touch!

i wonn!!!
