THE CAR RUNS BEAUTIFULLY AND IS A PLEASURE TO DRIVE.
THERE ARE LOTS OF LITTLE EXTRAS ON THE EXTREME: AUTOMATIC LIGHT SENSORS, AUTOMATIC WINDSCREEN WIPERS, ELECTRIC WINDOWS & MIRRORS. ON BOARD TRIP COMPUTER AND SPORT SEATS. LOTS MORE.
THE CAR WAS A CAT D. ALL WORK HAS BEEN PROFFESSIONALY REPAIRED THE WORK WAS DONE TO THE FRONT WING AND HEADLIGHT HAVE ALL RECIEPTS FOR THIS WORK.

Depends on the year and the miles to be honest, you can get a straight one for that money on a Y/51reg with 50kish for that money.

The cambelt will need changing on that soon, prob not a bad deal, but hardly deal of the century.

Just got a Clio 1.2 16v Sport Y reg 2001 (54000miles)tidy. Wanted £2995 on forecourt, haggled down to £2600 and got 12months tax and a new set of firestones for front 'cos they were racing slicks.(I wouldn't mind but plod might!) do you reckon that seems ok?

I hate to admit it but Sam is right.
They did an end of line Mk2 ph1 with the 1.2 16v engine later found in the ph2's instead of the 8v lump. They branded this the sport and most of them are on a Y plate, as well as the engine from the Dynamique they also had the same seats. Heres one:

Was 1st reg in April 01. Only got it on Friday, so still don't know much abot Ph1 or owt else really(noooob! ) all I know is it's got alloys and fogs and nice huggy seats for my fat ass.

It's still a million times better than the old 1.1 fiesta Nreg.

my other half just sold her 1.2 dynamique with climate control and all the extras on a 52 plate for £3250 iirc. so the car should be worth more than that!
