socket under the ash tray?

just found a socket under the ash tray . first time in almost three year ive taken it out to clean all the dust out of it

whats the socket for then?

Because it costs them 2-5k for the machine and they wanna make some money out of you

Yep but Renault use quite unique coding so you cannot do much.

It can show coolent temp speed rpm err intake temps etc but not much realy.

O and throttle positon.

Its not instant response though.

It updates a few times a second I think if forget the exact rate I've got a download at work I can find out next week. Its not perfect though if you want it for speedo etc.

Yes you do. I've always wanted a Flux Capacitor in my car. My only problem is where i will get the 1.21 gigawatts required to activate the Flux Capacitor and break the Time barrier????

Tho if i reverse the polarity of the neutron flow, then maybe that might cause a rip in the space time continuum and i will succeed in my dream.

CAN network not that advanced on clio's of that age EOBD (European On Board Diagnostics) basically diag socket
