Unable to view an updated website at home

one of the salvage sites i use has got a new updated website......

now when i go on the site i just see the old page.....

when i use my cousins computer it gives the new site... the new one is located at the same address...... i tried deleting my internet history... but it makes no difference? is there data stored on my netgear router?

what is the site? It may be down to a proxy...I dont know what I'm talking about.lol. Just heard people say proxy alot.

ctrl + F5 forces a full refresh.. otherwise it will load the cache in your browser.. or possilby even your ISP's cached version.
