Is 87k much on a clio cup?

Car  Z4
Just saw a clio 172 cup advertised in the paper, only £3600 for it.
It's done 87k, full service history, one owner 51 plate. Is it worth viewing or are clios pants at that sort of mileage?

The engines are stong as an ox!! No problems with that imo. With that sort of milage the cambelt should have been done @ 70 k ish, along with the Aux belt. Longs its had regular oil changes i cant see any problems at that price :) My old one has aound 74k, absolutely no problems.

If its got loads of history and loads of receipts then i can't see it being much of an issue.

I'd be thorough with checking it over though.

as Gaz says, they are strong, strong engines! the box is the weak link if anything

FSH essential!

gearboxes are fine if the previous owners have mechanical sympathy, no 'fast and furious' stylee changes ;)
