Thought i'd post a few pics of my 172.

Inside.

The Powerflow Exhaust

My 8000k Hid/Xenon Upgrade, LED Sidelights and Main Beam bulbs .

At Night.

The car is is standard so far apart the changes below.

N/A 2.0 litre 16valve Vvti
K & N Panel Filter in Standard Airbox (To avoid heat soak from engine) with Uprated Airfeed from grill
Powerflow de-catted stainless steel exhaust with hidden (stealth) tailpipe

Calipers painted silver (As they were looking rough)

Black Alloy stubby aerial
Personal Reg plate
Uprated 8000k Hid/Xenon Headlight Bulbs
Blue Led Sidelights to match
Philips Blue vision uprated Main Beam Bulbs
Silvatec Front Indicator Bulbs On front
RENAULT SPORT badge removed from left side of bootlid


Alloy tax disc Holder


Alpine Cd/Mp3 head unit c/w Apple I pod Dock
Road Angel Speed Camera and Laser Detector

I used to see yer al red 172 all the time in B and Q i think, if it was right car i'm thinking about ?

I was gonna put new style Clio and Sport badges on the decided not to after i removed the Renault Sport ones

whats involved when changing the headlights is it just a simple bulb change? if so where from n how much? lol because i hate the standard xenons, nothing compaired to my old uprated bulbs in my 1.2 i cant see a thing with them lol

I fancy a cup splitter and rear spoiler (but can bearly find one ) but scared i break the splitter as there about 100 quid to replace :dapprove:

The exhaust sounds not bad it aint to loud but it may get louder with age, i got it from Turriff Tyres in Aberdeenshire

As i was looking to uprate suspension next

Reason I ask is that they're doing my exhaust on Sat but said they can't do a decat for me?!

Ps. I'll be sure to give you a wave if I see you goin about so if you see some random in an '04 black 182 givin you a flash it'll be me lol

Never used that guy i'm afraid my bird got them off a shop on the internet somewhere, as she heard i was after 8k upgrades

The sensors shouldn't be an issue if you really wanted it decatted would they ?

As after all you'll pay them what they need to do it

I thought that the worsrt they'd do is light up a dash light :S

And if it bothers you badly with dash light on or its on after you've taken your decat off and the cat back on for Mot

I was thinking about getting that fault code reader, but had no lights coming on yet.

Think I'll give him a phone and try ad get him to do it though. Could do with taking the cat off and saving it for mot time as it's a bit crusty and don't want to have to buy a new cat!
