Say you lost your phone and called Orange and got the phone locked.. You then found the phone (common sense would be to look where you last had it, but thats females for you)

would you be able to phone Orange and get them to unblock it?

Why bother blocking it, your dennying someone of a free phone, fair enough if it's stolen. Then if you do find it again you won't have this problem.
