Nikon are made for stupid people...

Out of the box the Canon takes excellent shots also, There is a full auto mode which any dumb fool could work out, even Nikon users can understand them... thats saying something.

lets face it, at normal user level, the 2 cameras are very difficult to split. its the person behind them that makes the difference.

my nokia n73 had a carl zeiss lens, it was s**t :rasp: (i love generalising init)

as Clart says, its the user, put lewis hamilton in a reasonably priced car and he'll own you, same goes for shooting...

Sounds like your lenses will work, check they are EF mount though.
