Anyone used this on pay as you go? Im thinking of getting a vodaphone PAYG sim just for this "talk for an hour - pay for 3 mins" scheme, can someone tell me how it works?

How much is the first 3 mins charged normally?

Also, is there any other offers that can beat this at the moment?
