Lacquer on Glass?

my rear windows have a bit of over spray on them, from when the car was repaired by the insurance, obviously someone couldn't be bothered masking up properly..........ive tried T-Cut and a few other products on it and the lacquer wont budge.........any ideas how i can get this off?

try some thinners, as long as its only on the glass

yeah, its mainly round the edge of the glass, it looks cloudy as in overspray, and is sort of rough to the touch, well a matt sort of finish

Take the stanley knife blade out of the knife, and push it flat on the glass, the crap will piss off.
