Best to use ScratchX before or after SRP?

Somebody scuffed the back quarter of my car so im going to see what can be corrected.

What would you recommend first because im sure i have read SRP would strip anything underneath it?

Before SRP should give a good finish.

Both products are polishes so they will both strip any product you have underneath.

Scratch X and then SRP, as the Scratch X has the heavier cut, and the fact SRP polishes and then lays down some protection.
