Most companies will not insure a car less than fully comp if it's value is over 5k, you'd be mad to insure a car worth 15k + 3rd party only.

But then you'd be mad to pay £3k for insurance.

Im 24 with 2 years ncb 3 points and i was looking at £1500 if that helps at all mate

My mate has his m3 convered that way same age as me and pays £600 ish a year.

Errr...Williams was 431 and when i sold it, i put the vee on that policy 2yrs NCB clean licence. There are mods, but didn't bother putting them up...

I paid an additional 520£ i think. Just shy of the 1k mark. But i live in the safest Postcode in UK apparently!
