after seeing pics, IMO all 197s need spacers. 25mm. It'll be the best money you ever spent.

No catching what so ever, well chuffed (i have the H&R's) Who's lowering it? The fronts are....... erm interesting to do!!! I never took any before measurements, but there is another 10-15mm or so at the rear, looads left at the front but i'm happy with it like this, good comprimise. They are different to the MK2's, as the underbody is alot closer to the floor, so be careful lol. And no, imo they dont need spacers, well not 25mm, they sit out far too much. I think it looks fine without, maybe ~15mm max if i was going to.......

Nevermind fitting, I'd have them set correctly by someone like the Fish.

Your right!!!! The front shocks are wrong!!!! They should NOT have the brackets to bolt to the hub!!!! (unless they bolt up differently?)

The end on the shock fits in the hub,

I reckon they are for a non RS MK3. No coilovers for drift 197 this weekend

The end of the shock slots into the hub (you can see in this pic) No bracket needed on the end of the shock

Chase them up mate, i'm 100% they are wrong

yep you guys are right there not for my car
its not fair i had to wait 3 weeks for them bloody coilovers, when i took the standard shock out i thought i never looked right (oh i started today around 7 pm as the weather got good), so i called the shop and asked if the right set was ordered and he said it was. oh well bilstein uk have just stocked up so hopefully they'll have the right set in stock but then knowing my luck that wont be the case and it will be another 3 weeks waiting
