Cambelt, waterpump and tensioner wheels change.

My 172Cup (CC if that makes any difference) is coming up to 5 years and just passed 29K.

Does £760.06 all in sound reasonable from Renault Kingston?

If the waterpump does not need changing it will be £725.49.

Sounds harsh to me!

think there a few good places in the portsmouth area recommend on here (cant think of there names though)

Yeah t'is low mate, I sold my old cup nearly four years ago now and that had 30K on it then, lol

I will give Rentech a go.........

Rentech:

Cambelt and tensioner wheels change work circa £540 (Genuine)
or
circa £500 (Dayco belts, apparentely used as standard on the V6).

Must be said also, first time I have spoken to Rentech and they could not have been more helpful (Nice one Dave!).

Got cambelt change and major service on my cup for £450 at Carlton this week. :)

My cup has cc. Would have been a one'r less if it didn't but still does not include a service.

TBH, I have heard nothing but praise for the Rentech guys so I have no regrets spending a bit more.

I plan to keep the cup for the long term otherwise I would be looking for the cheapest I could find, lol.
