Cambelt charge, sound reasonable???

Cambelt, waterpump and tensioner wheels change.

My 172Cup (CC if that makes any difference) is coming up to 5 years and just passed 29K.

Does £760.06 all in sound reasonable from Renault Kingston?

If the waterpump does not need changing it will be £725.49.

Sounds harsh to me!

Rentech:

Cambelt and tensioner wheels change work circa £540 (Genuine)
or
circa £500 (Dayco belts, apparentely used as standard on the V6).

Must be said also, first time I have spoken to Rentech and they could not have been more helpful (Nice one Dave!).

Got cambelt change and major service on my cup for £450 at Carlton this week. :)

My cup has cc. Would have been a one'r less if it didn't but still does not include a service.

TBH, I have heard nothing but praise for the Rentech guys so I have no regrets spending a bit more.

I plan to keep the cup for the long term otherwise I would be looking for the cheapest I could find, lol.

got a 172 ff,had cambelt done at k-tec about a month a go for £462 and have had no problems

Is that all in (wheels, bearings, tensioners, aux belt etc)? as some only change the belt itself.
