New backbox arrived !

  Titanium 182
Hey ho just got back from suny france and had this delivered for £36 brand new! :)

Key question will it fit my car and how easy will it be to fit ? my cars a 55 plate 1.4 16v dynamique
mk2 ph2

I'v been told all i need to do is cut the back box section off my standard exhaust put that little metal thing (Sleeve?) over the existing pipework slot it together and tighten it up?

if thats the case how easy is it to get the old backbox back on for when i want it back to standard?

ANY help is greatly appreciated :approve:

You aware its no louder than a standard system? Its just the optional sebring backbox that renault offered, and it looks pretty out of place too.

Congratulations on purchasing the most pointless accesory Renault have ever offered.

Sounds no different, fits s**t and will rot out in about 5 months.

Absolute pish.

you need some exhust fitting paste to cover the seal where one pipe goes over the next pipe.
and good luck trying to get your old one off! Air chisel

Took roughly 25 minuites for it to be fit by my uncles garage and he did my tracking too, both for free.
