the reason i said rear seat and parcel shelf was so that people would see that I wasn't planning on completely stripping the rear of everything :rasp:

I get confused when people talk about anti roll bar for the rear - the rear suspension seems to be fully dependant so there's no need for an anti roll bar at the rear?

The torsion bar setup was in the Mk1's. Mk2's do not have it.

Mk1 phs 1 2 3 - aka Williams, 16v etc all have torsion bar setup

Mk2 phs 1 2 3? have a mcphearson strut and spring setup all round with a rear beam.

Mine is bare metal inside apart from the two front seats and on standard springs/dampers at the back it's sits like this
