wow, i was busy eating my cream egg ( half price one at that) that splat dead bird on my screen, yummy lol

not keen on the engine bay tbh, as said its a bit rat look and i dont like that forced rat look on v dubs anyway

love the images, jelous you got yours in 3 weeks and mine are STILL not here, i await to see more progress :D

as for the wheels...3 weeks...lol...try 6

thought yours arived in 3?, mine were 6 weeks yesterday, they are being dispatched tomorow tho yey !!! which means my wheels are now physically in existance wooo, only set in the world :D

Laura, if your wheels are unique how do you know what they're going to look like, do you get a CAD desin to go off?

Kind of agree with Duck... but the difference is that I like it.

cars are, are they not???

even if its a track car you are it is part of a certain fashion, the fact that it is a practical for that purpose is also a good think

I totaly agree with you there mate, your interior in current spec is perfect.


you should get the bird dried or something and leave it on ther permanemtly. it would be very original and in keeping with your unusal/non mainstream style

i would have thought you would have been singing about carbon doorcards mate....lol....your claying etc changed your outlook???...lol...only messing, your 172 is looking mint now

as for the bird, deffo not that unusual/ non mainstream

Na, i love what you have done tbh. Im trying to convince Shadowness to NOT strip his fully.

id like to strip mine further but it would start to look untidy

i tell you what, have you seen the interior of the cup that was at combe? (at another action day, or in a photo)...the grey and blue one, reg ***** WRC.... the interior on that is totally stripped, literally only dials

that looked awesome, really tidy etc, but if you still the car daily then yeah it becomes a problem, i want to strip mine further but it becomes un-practical, un-tidy and just a pain...lol

i got it from some friends whilst at uni, they made some badges too sale as a fundraiser...probably for alcohol or drugs or sonething...lol, think its another totally original mod...ffs.....lol

another little update, courtesy of justmatz

have been driving around with ghetto unmatching mats for a while as i sold my last set of justmatz mats when i planned selling the car, these suit the car alot better though and really bring the interior together...its a little touch but has made a big difference.

Engine bay and badges not so keen on, but as said, its a personal choice, so its all good.

The car on the whole is testament to your hard work! Keep it up dude

On a bit of a more positive note.

I have seen this car (mainly in the rear view mirror, eh neil??) and in all honesty, it is one of the Nicest 172/182s on the site.

Attention to detail is awesome.

I've only really seen it in FC but from there it does look awesome, it changed my mind about PH1's

get that handbrake handle taken off sanded lightly n sprayed with some acrilic paint in black
