What amp to get / suggestions

Id suggest going onto theloudest.com and bang 'fastcar' into the custom orders at the top.
Brilliant prices for top products. Ive got the 4 channel 3000W amp.

Which sub is it you are using?

As 1250w doesn't tell us if that is RMS or Peak. Also don't know what voice coil configuration it is. Things that are needed to be known. So we can tell you which amp you require to get the most out of it.

I'd suggest you Google, "theloudest.com reviews", before openly recommending this companies products or site....

ring them up at wolves store and ask for martin, i dealt with him and alot of people on another forum had lots or respect for him and the work ad knowledge, he will be able to help you alot

well, the sub is an infinity and the peak is 1200w, the voice-coil diamiter is 51mm, i dont know if that helps ?

well from my experience, Ive received a good product for a good price compared to other sites. Ive had no problems with the amp, and it does what i bought it for, so my opinion is that its good/

is that the link i included ^^ up there or are you talking generally (as in u brought one and its very good?)

sorry i get confused easy:o

Ok looked around and the sub is 300w RMS, single 4 ohm coil. So any amp that can put out around 350 - 400w RMS @ 4ohm will do.

Something like.

Better to have a little more power than not enough. Gives the amp some breathing room so it doesn't have to work as hard. Just ignore the 1250w thing on the sub. That is peak marketing figures not true output which is 300w

if you wanted something bit cheeper keep an eye out on ebay for the alpine MRD - M500 , is an excellent amp but takes a bit of fiddling to figure how to set it up properly, alternatively the newer version of it i believe is alot easier to set up MRP - M500
