got in my car earlier turned her on stuck in 1st took handbrake off went to pull away felt like something was holding me checked handbrake was all way down an was, so I revved lil harder only to get a big jutter felt like I snapped something WTF ?? Drove fine couldn't see any problems

never happened before though should I get it checked out at all I did have a maxogen fitted yesterday if that makes any significance

Most cars do it, the 197's do it alot from what i hear, it just down to moisture on the brake surface causing the two surfaces to bind.

Leaving the car in gear instead FTW, my dad scenic used to be horrific for it, would "drag" the wheel if parked on gravel

just had visions of my back bumper being ripped off or something lol

does this happen after washing the wheels and throwing water over the brakes. i once had this happen when i was going out one morning, went to pull away and the back end went up like it would if the handbrake was still on, eventually i pulled away.
