South Central FCS 2010

bracknell bud, people normaly meet at fleet services on the M3 before the finall stop/pick up point in Bracknell
 
Might be staying at my mum's in Cambridgeshire now. It seems she's not out or on holiday that weekend so will go up for some home cooking and no doubt a list of jobs around the house that she wants me to do. At least I'll get a full cooked breakfast lol.

Still undecided on what i'm doing. The past few years I've travelled up the night before with, and to meet up with the v6 crew, staying locally at various different hotels and guest houses. Nice and social, with a few drinks and having a laugh. So thats a convoy AND a night out! ;) Hmmm..
Equally, no stranger to early morning starts for the convoy up in the morning.. used to do convoy up with Connor and co. back in the day, when I had my 182.
So, great fun either way... I'm going to see how things go, may possibly be staying in Northampton at our midlands "Hotel California" accommodation, including BBQ.. big up to Godber and family! :)
Also need to consider minimising costs this year... 5 year service on the vee..
I know I can always join you guys for the convoy up at the last minute.

Looks like I'm now going up saturday and staying overnight somewhere. Has anyone thought of entering the Megs Top 25. They've changed the categories. Standard, performance modified and styling modified. Decided that I haven't gort a chance in any of those categories.

Would be fun.. no doubt! May be joined by a mate in his R5 Gordini turbo, and hopefully my 172 ;) . But I'd need to leave super early in time to get up there to help set up our v6clio stand, and deal with parking everyone up again.

What sort of time are you looking at getting up there Ryan..?
 
Well im up for the early drive if you dont mind me tagin along..probs have to be fleet services as thats the closest one to me

that was admins car and a 200sx is not crap lol, and as he was helping set up i think, so he was an aception, ur more then welcome to come on the convoy, but i think u may have to park in the public car park. may have to double check

Last time I convoyed up I think the route was M27, M3, A34 and beyond so stopped at Winchester Tesco and Chieveley Services. Not sure if there was a stop before Winchester but that would be somewhere like Hedge End possibly?
 
I think the gates open at about 7:30am so earlier the better to get on the stand.

Tbh, it's gonna be an early start at like 4:30am if you want to arrive then hence why I'm going the night before.
 
that was my original plan, but the girlfriends niece is comming so cant book into a hotel now, my bro's got a house in Newbury, might stay there the night before as it saves an hour on the journey. although i get up early for work so its not an issue for me, just those 2 are moaning about the early start lol
