HELP IV BROKE MY CAR!

I have just been fiddling with my radio and now the immobiliser light has stopped flashing on the dash board, the central locking wont work and the car wont start!!

Battery is fine the radio comes on, i can turn the ignition on but service light is now on and the stop light but no immobiliser light at all. I was just about to go out after sorting my radio and now its dead

Have you checked the fuses.

Open your glovebox.

It will tell/show you in the manual, easier than getting a description off here mate!

This is when you discover Renault don't supply spare fuses either !

Did the same thing last week - only it was the Heater that blew when the Radio wires shorted :S.

Renault electrics seem to be put together by retards wearing boxing gloves !

Halfords do a box of fuses (100) for approx £7 - good investment

ps fix the shorting wire before replacing the fuse or you'll be doing the same thing again !
