Spigot rings help!

Hi im hopefuly getting these speedlines. Apparantly i need a set of spigot rings. Where do i get them from and what bore size i need. Any info would be great. Cheers.

Thats what i thought, but the guy selling them said that you need spigot rings for them to fit?
