A good present for someone starting out in Photography?

Anyone got any ideas?

He got a bridge camera recently, used my DSLR for a while and loved it. Needs to be somewhere in the region of £30-40ish as a small gift.

Was thinking like a gorrillapod, any other cool things to look at?

a good book.
a guide to photography will be the best present u could get.. they might not realise it at the time.

Cool, a gorillapod it is then. Need some other nick nacks too. Was looking at filters, but wont fit his bridge. I think hes got a fuji finepix one!

I'd stay away from a book to be honest, they'd be better either getting them out the Library (does anyone even use them anymore?), or just tell them to go online. GorillaPod for me!
