Can't find my TDC sensor.

  Tango'd PB 1.2 16V
I know what it looks like and where it should be, i just can't find it. :/
Car's misfiring odd time, and i thought i'd take it off and give it a clean cause it'd doing my head in.
Took airbox off, and i can't see it.

Can anyone put me a few pics/video's up of how to do it?
Be much appreciated.

1.2 16v.
That's what I thought. Just take airbox off and it should be sat there winking at me, on the gearbox above the flywheel.
But I can't seem to find it. :/

Just googled it

IMG_0221.jpgIMG_0222.jpgRight, still can't find it, so any help would be great. To the left are a few pics with the airbox removed.
I'm looking for the 'wings' of the sensor, but can't see them at all.
The above thread shows the TDC sensor on a 1999 1.4 megane, so i'm sure its completely different to an 03 1.2 clio, but cheers anyway.

The sensor is mounted on the top of the transmission bellhousing at the left-hand end of the cylinder block:

To remove the sensor, remove the air cleaner housing, trace the wiring back from the sensor to the wiring connector, and disconnect it from the main harness. Unscrew the retaining bolts and remove the sensor. To refit, work backwards.

From my Haynes , hope it helps
