H&R's love mine. Only used them on road as of yet but they are firm and fairly comfy. Compare the ride to that in my dads A4 s-line.

KW coilover kits offer a great ride on the road and are a bit firmer for the track work. On a budget get the Variant 1 coilover kit, but if you are after some serious kit then the KW variant 2 setup is truly awesome, coping with anything you can throw at it.

I have the KW v2 Kit on my Ph2 172, and i can honestly say its absolutely superb (its been on 6+ months now). The handling is out of this world, i was 50:50 between this and the Blisten kit. All i will say is the KW kit doesnt allow you to go very low at the rear (probably a 30mm drop MAX over stock), so its performance over stance......which is how i like it!

Love me H&Rs also, but I would say when you really push the car on track, they could do with being a bit stiffer.Ideal for fast road odd trackday.
