you need same doing? rang auto dynamics in sheffield who were meant to be decent, but didnt sound very convincing on phone saying they maybe problems altering camber or something and they charged £100

Allcar in huddersfield charge £45, and will set up camber etc, I usually use them but last time my car didn't comeback as perfect as I thought it should of been so thinking about trying someone else.
I need it doing as I'm having new track rod ends and lower ball joints fitted, plus I have some camber bolts now so need it setting up.
I want to find a place that will talk to me about what I want, give me advice and set it up. Not somewhere that just bangs the standard settings on. I also want to be able to test drive it/they test drive it while its in to make sure I'm happy rather than just being given my keys back and saying go while they load another car not the machine making it impossible to bob mine back on if its not right.

ah right, just had a quick browse over on the mx5 forum and people cant speak highly enough for him sounds very rated on there.
going to pop in next week get mine set up.

"Steve" off here takes his track MX5 there and has nothing but praise for the guy.
I rung him to talk about options and parts for mine and he was very helpful and knowledgable and like you say his prices are spot on. One of first things he asked me was what you using the car for, so Mike i'm sure he 'll sort your car for you and not just a generic setting. etc
Mines off for alignment done by him when i choose which tyres and springs i'm having.

Took my MK3 MX5 to Paul at Roddinsons Motorsport yesterday and he lowered and did the allignment and im very happy with it!
It handled well before but now its got 4 new PE2s on and been set up right its brilliant!
Can't recommend him enough, he knows whats he's doing and he's passionate about cars/track days/racing. I mentioned he may get a few more clios down and he said no problem at all.
Also asked if he'd do any discount if we booked say 10 cars in a day and he said he may in a few months but he's very busy at the moment as he had 3x mk1 mx5 race cars to build!
