Advise please

Hi everyone,

Been after a clio 172/182 for a long time but insurance has never allowed until I turned 21 finally. So now the hunt has began officially.

Went to view an Artic blue one yesterday. Price was £3995. 2005 with 61k on the clock. Full service history and belts done at 53k. Has speedline turinis and is already lowered. Car looks immaculate outside, 1 wheel is slightly kurbed. Going back next weekend to test drive it. Dont think it had any cup packs as it had no splitter or big spoiler.

Reg is HY05 WXK if anyone knows it?

One of the few I have went to view that seems to have a straight exhaust and isn't sagging! Thumb grips were also like new too!

Does it sound worth its money?

Always go in low, you can meet half way a mate just paid £3.5k (private) for an 05 arctic blue 182 with about 30k on its back the other week.

Well I would but I cant be bothered to sell mine privately. I have had too much hassle with in the last 2 month so I just want rid of it. I'm getting a cheque my way too as my car is worth a bit more.

Might try haggle him down a bit, what would you say its worth roughly considering it is a dealer not private?

Parkers says like £3800 and whatcar says £4200.
