Akrapovič 200 exhaust

Are you sure about centre silencer and flat spot ? Was planning to do it along with panel filter and remap.

Yup, I had it cut out on my 200, flat spot appeared about 2.3k or so. As Martin said, they can improve it with mapping, but can't get rid of it completely IIRC.

How bad is it ? I feel one from new around 5000rpm seems to appear just before second cam comes to work. Is it the same or even worse ?

Can't comment on 200s but the one on my 197 ruined the car.

I get replacing the exhaust on a 1*2 due to them being fooked, but on a new/18 month old car?!?

For me the standard one is a little quite.

I didnt mean to come across funny, just being devils advocate.

For me though, if I'd bought a brand new car, it wouldn't be getting a £1k exhaust, which will probably ruin the drive

If you want sound, remove the rear seats instead. Worked for me

I think it's a K-tec for me, can't justify £1.2k for 'noise' at the minute!
