182 tailpipe on a monaco?

Ok sorry 'like' :)

I wasnt sure it may just be a random thought of mine lol interested tho :s

O and the twin tailpipe

there is actually one local to me with a 182 exhaust conversion. looks good but then again i prefer the back of a 182 to a 172.

I wouldnt go the trouble of ruining a monaco 172 by carrying out the conversion but each to their own.

Yer was only seeing if some had one. My phase will probably pass within an hour or 2 and il b stuck with the same question what do i want lol

Stealth is the way to stay with the 172 (I did)
182 back box just collects water (mine does)

That said - I prefer the twin outs on the 182 to the hidden 172 exhaust
I know why youre thinking about it.

You could get an exhaust fitted with a cut out in your bumper, and have a bespoke second outlet made and welded up, even if its only attached to the rear of the car and in essence not linked up the the exhaust pipe itself.

I have a 182 and the twin pipes annoy the bejesus out of me, esp if they aren't sitting perfect in the cutouts! I toyed with the idea of a 172 bumper and a stealth system lol

It was just a thought, but i am still curious as to what the outcome may be.

Any1 care to take the time and photoshop?

There was a Monaco 172 at the west mids RR meet today and I was thinking about what a 182 would look like.

Then I saw the 172 pull into the garage with a really nice inward rolled slash cut back box

It looked the tits!
