Anyone fancy a peek inside a Sodemo F4R???

Car  TatuusFR2000
I have bought a Sodemo F4R vv cheap, it's got a valve head off but it was silly cheap.

1st pic shows structural cam cover so it can be used as an engine mounting, also you can get the cover off without removing the pulleys. Another nice touch are the two bungs over each camshaft on No.1 so you can time the cams with the cover on.

2nd pic is under the cover, note the finger followers on two shafts throught the head. The cams are assymetric, very similar to an old GSXR1100 oil cooler.

I'll post more pics as I get further in.

totally different head casting. Interesting rocker shafts! VVT on both cams is a nice touch

Very nice, Sodemo and cheap never go in the same sentence lol. You should get very nice salvageable parts in there. Its the induction system that supposedly makes all the power on these engines and the fact they rev to the moon.

Sodemo engine with all the ancillaries you'd be looking at around 80k-100k iirc in parts and around 260bhp with the single throttle body, some had ITB's I believe with more power, someone could confirm, there not cheap though.
