RRday 2013

I was going to call them and arrange a re-map anyway,as you are struggling to find somewhere to go i thought i`d make a suggestion.I`m sure you`ll find a rolling road soon,there are loads about just a matter of finding the better ones.
 
I've heard a couple of bad things about tdf from people who don't want to slate them publicly on the forum.

I would prefer Viezu as we know where it is and can compare figures. I personally won't be running as I've done nothing to it since last time.
 
Dealer I bought my car off said it had a remap and was about 260bhp on his dyno. Do you think I'll be disappointed?
 
March sounds good to me Don/Matt gives me time to sort a few things with the car;).. Viezu is a good shout too.

I'm up for a rr day again can see how well my home made induction kit is working on my 1.2 lol viezus would be good can compare to last time

What sort of output do you reckon Matt? I have one of the k-tec induction kits aswell do you reckon a gain or loss?

Part of me thinks it will produce a loss. Only want half a bhp to get 180.

Last time you ran Martin was your air filter fairly new/clean.
I think half these people that claim circa 6 bhp from one are comparing them to their 4 year old paper filter that's uncleaned lol. They'd see most of that 6 bhp just by butting a new panel filter in.

Yep was pretty clean only been done a fewdays prior to the rrday lol. You are right though that old or inappropiate filters cause restriction. Look at that red car that come last time(can't remember the name of it) it ran 450bhpish and tried to eat its own airfilter lol

I know what you mean though if most was to fit a new or clean filter the differences would be the same to the ktec one imo. But without the noise lol;)
 
Yeah exactly. Still even if you make the same power, the nosie is pretty immense.

Hello everyone, the 9th had only gone already to another club. So 16th March it is. If we can get a couple more names I'll begin taking deposits and we can secure the date.
 
I best start being nice to the manager now I think, I'll ask him tomorrow if he can switch Saturdays with me, like I say can't see it being too much of a problem, will let you know if I can't make it. But keep me down for it still for the 16th :)


May even have the rs2 inlet fitted by then :D
Should be interesting as I'm insure if it will be mapped by then or not.

Yeah sorry guys, I'll see if Amie can provisionally hold that date for a week or two for us to try an get deposits together. They need a £150 deposit so if we get 15 people it'll just be £10 each
