Removing rear bumper moulding

Going to spray the rear bumper moulding and frt fog surrounds
can you simply lever them out
i guess the lower bumper grill needs the bumper removing

You have to remove the rear bumper to get the insert out mate, or at least that's what I had to do. It's secured with some plastic weld/heated and melted plastic. Easy enough to do though. I tried to lever mine out but it was marking the insert/bumper.

I think im just going to do my top grill as its going blue, all the other plastics look really good tbh.

No lol, it looked blue/grey before i sprayed it, here it is all done, i decided to do my fog surrounds and bumper insert too...
