Getting a default name for text messages?!

Seems a strange place to ask but google isn't helping.

I want a default name on my work mobile for when I text customers etc.

Like when you get one from domino's for example- there name comes up.

Anyone know if it's doable?

Not through a standard 07 number, I think you need to have a 5 digit number. However I'm not 100%

There are internet services which let you do this, but you can't do it from your phone iirc.

Would be handy even if it was just on the tinternet.

I get alot of email enquiries so would be handy to reply via text aswell.
